The Problem

What needed solving

The client wanted an interactive website that showed member activity and competition results live, instead of static pages that had to be manually updated after every event.

The Build

What I delivered

A Next.js platform with real-time data from Firebase, visual charts for rankings and participation, a searchable member database, event scheduling and a news section. Everything the client publishes appears on the site instantly.
