The Problem

What needed solving

A growing web community needed a mobile-first experience: people wanted to check schedules, get instant updates, and keep tabs on their activity without pulling up a browser every time.

The Build

What I delivered

A React Native app built with Expo that shares a Firebase back-end with the web platform. Members get push notifications for important events, track their own stats, claim daily rewards and see live community activity - all from a polished, app-store ready build.
