Lumber & Lawn System
Back-office system for a dealership - job cards, quotes, serials & warranties

What needed solving
A busy sales-and-service dealership was running on paper job cards, a spreadsheet of serial numbers, hand-typed quotes and a filing cabinet of warranty forms. Nothing linked together: a customer's history, the machines they'd bought, the work done on them and the warranties registered were all in different places, and the public website had no idea what was actually in stock.
What I delivered
A single browser-based system the whole team uses. Customer and business records tie directly to the machines they own by serial number; workshop job cards are raised against those units, signed on-screen by the customer and tracked through to completion; quotes are built from the product database and generated as PDFs; warranty registrations produce a branded certificate that's emailed to the customer automatically. Product and category management in the same screens publishes straight to the public website, so stock and pricing are captured once. Bulk import and export handle the existing spreadsheets, and the system installs as a PWA on workshop tablets and phones.
