Greybeard
A personal brand hub with community submissions & an admin approval flow

What needed solving
A well-known personality with an active community had their presence scattered across social platforms. Events were announced in chat messages, people asking for coaching or wanting to feature as creators had no formal way in, and there was no single place that said who they are and what's happening.
What I delivered
A fast, animated brand site where the community does a lot of the work: visitors suggest events and communities and apply to join the coaching and creator directories through public forms, and everything lands in an admin dashboard for approval before it appears on the site. Events run on a calendar with detail pages, galleries handle uploaded photo sets from broadcasts and meetups, and the owner edits their own intro copy, quotes and social links without touching code.
What it does
- 01Events calendar with detail pages and community-suggested events
- 02Coach and content-creator directories with public application forms
- 03Community listings with a suggest-a-community flow
- 04Photo galleries with multi-image uploads
- 05Submission → review → approve workflow in a private admin dashboard
- 06Owner-editable intro copy, quotes and social links
- 07Animated page transitions and a distinct personal brand look
